SUMMARY:2026 Impact Summit - Rooted in Community: Changing Outcomes and Growing our Impact
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this year’s Impact Summit is to bring together health advocates\, policy makers\, and community leaders to strengthen community-rooted approaches and expand collective impact to improve health outcomes. Through shared-learning and collaboration\, participants will examine evidence-informed strategies to address structural barriers\, inform decision-making\, and strengthen existing systems that support fair and sustainable outcomes across communities. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nEngage participants in mapping and documenting community strengths\, existing resources and lived expertise that can be used to support policy change and place-based strategies that improve health outcomes.\nCreate opportunities for participants to exchange tools\, funding opportunities\, data\, and best practices\, and identify concrete ways to align and share resources across organizations.\nFacilitate relationship-building among community members\, organizations\, and decision makers\, resulting in new partnerships\, shared commitments\, and clear next steps for continued collaboration.\n\nTracks \n\nMaternal/Child Health\nImmunizations\nSocial Drivers of Health
