It is becoming increasingly necessary for organizations to perform evaluation to secure resources and to improve and expand programs. This workshop will provide a practical, skills-focused introduction to the different types of evaluation, concepts and techniques, data collection methods, and best practices of program evaluation. Participants can expect to learn the fundamental skills needed to participate in evaluation of a new or existing health program.
